Sjoerd IJpelaar better known as Suyano grew up in Breda, where Tiesto, Hardwell and R3hab also grew up. His talents drumming and house music both came very early.
With his 21 years he has experienced a lot with spinning, producing and drumming. At the age of 8 he started playing drums, which he can combine with DJing, on request, during his set. He does this on his drumpad. His sets are full of energy and have a unique style. He played next to; Hardwell, Quintino, Nicky Romero, Chuckie, Jordy Lishious, Firebeatz, Baggi Baggovic, Bassjackers, Lucien Foort, Laidback Luke, Shermanology, Billy The Klit and Gregori Klosman amongst many others.
At age 16 he started to develop his own style and at the age of 17 Suyano started producing. His style is a mix of progressive, electro and house.
He has played in cities like; Eindhoven, Breda, Tilburg, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Helmond, Leeuwarden, Den Bosch, Waalwijk and Bloemendaal.
His track ‘Airplay’ was during Hardwell On Air, Demo of The week and where played in ‘Klosmania’ the radioshow from Gregori Klosman and was in the podcast from Max Vangeli and Congorock, the track will be released on Nope is Dope in 2012. It got massive support from: Hardwell, Congorock and Gregori Klosman who played the track in a special guest remix for Amsterdam Dance Event.
In 2011 Suyano played on Dancetour Breda, one of the biggest Dutch outdoor events with over 20,000 visitors, He played next to; Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Hardwell, Shermanology and Gregori Klosman!
Suyano is a growing artist with great potential value! This guy will rock 2012!
